place is amazing, people are kind, localization is great, you can go a lot of places getting only one bus, also is pet friendly. Some things that could improve is some net support on apartment windows, the place is pet friendly, but most for dogs, in my case that I have a cat I couldn’t opened the window because cats can jump hahaha, other thing to consider is if you have a limited budget for food, I don't recommend this place because the neighborhood is super fancy and didn't have too much popular markets around, also the restaurants are expensive in this region

We got a room with a great view on the river and golf course, but unfortunately the windows were full of finger prints and after have requested 2 times to clean it, they haven't been cleaned. The brown blanket on the bed feet had white spots.. we had a second reservation after one week and we decided to cancel it, the receptionist confirmed that she cancelled the second reservation without asking if we were happy about the staying, honestly she neither greet or smiled to us since the beginning. After a week I received a mail asking why I didn't show for the second reservation, I personally went to the hotel and met the same receptionist that apologized for the mistake after an attempt to say she didn't remember. At the end I've been charged for 170USD on my credit card and they don't reply to my email... Basically they ripped me off. Other remarks for a 4 stars hotel: We got a dirty and bad quality ironing table, the iron plug didn't fit in the wall socket, the bath tap takes ages to regulate at the desired water temperature, breakfast in a room without windows and food. The bed, view, spa and swimming pool are nice perks but they are useless considering the customer service, cleaning, and I doubt the facilities are going to be maintained properly. Worst experience in years of travelling around the world. Avoid it!
