Absolutely LOVE living here, community is amazing, always well kept, management is so kind and helpful, maintenance is great. Truly no complaints. Plus parrots come by all the time to the neighborhood and I love our landscaping :)

Two weeks in and I'm really enjoying my experience at Lincoln Place! Chase was so helpful during the touring and move-in process and went above and beyond to make me feel at home. The neighborhood has a real community feel and the team seems to put a lot of effort into offering great events and amenities to residents.

Living here has been one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made. If you’re thinking about moving in Lincoln Apartment’s don’t. This place is a disaster, and management does absolutely nothing to make it better. The issues started right away and never stopped. Ignored. Complaints? Dismissed. The staff clearly doesn’t care about the people living here, only about collecting rent. The conditions are terrible, noise, pests, security issues, and no one is held accountable for anything. I regret ever signing a lease here, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and money find somewhere else to live.

I wouldn’t wish living here on my worst enemy. My experience in this complex has been nothing short of awful, and I feel compelled to warn others before they make the same mistake. From the moment I moved in, it’s been one problem after another whether it’s the management’s complete lack of care, maintenance issues that never get addressed, or the overall environment that makes you regret signing a lease. The management is unresponsive, dismissive, and only seems to care about collecting rent rather than actually maintaining a livable space. Any concerns or complaints are either ignored or met with empty promises. The conditions here are unacceptable. They only care about taking your money, Despite multiple attempts to get things fixed, nothing ever gets done. The lack of accountability is staggering, and it’s clear that tenants are not a priority. If you’re considering moving here, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This place is a nightmare, and I wish someone had warned me before I signed the lease. I’m counting down the days until I can leave.
