Shoutout to the amazing staff here Kathy, Josiah, and Maison! If you’re looking for a great apartment look no further than these guys! The apartments are very chic and modern in a great location. They partner with many local businesses in the area which is amazing for supporting small local businesses. Tony and Gunnar the maintenance staff go above and beyond! I love living here!

I love living at this community. My apartment is gorgeous! The assistant manager Marissa is phenomenal and very informative. She really was engaged during the whole process of moving in while I worked with the leasing team. She has a great open door policy and never gets annoyed when we walk in. Maintenance responded quickly when I put in a work order for my lockout and was so nice. We really feel at home here!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I currently live in Boulder Commons Building C with my wife and newborn son, and we have had many issues since moving in last August. First, when touring, we were told things that were not true. Second, we have significant problems with sound with our upstairs neighbor due to the ceiling being paper-thin. Third, the water system has failed three times since moving in, resulting in cold water for weeks. Fourth, the management does not respond to your emails or calls. Lastly, our bedroom door fell off three days after we moved in. The list goes on and on. We are going to find a way to get out of our lease if we can. For the price, it's not worth it. Other places are worth less and have better reviews. I would stay far away from this building and Greystar Communities as a whole. (P.S. you pay for the average price of the electricity of the building, not only yours. We have our lights off for the majority of the day and we pay for everybody's in the building...)

Toured an apartment with one of the leasing agent expressing genuine interest in one of the units. Asked him to get back to me with me on some questions I had after the visit. Never received a follow up. Very un professional and a customer lost as a result. Good luck finding tenants if that’s how you plan to respect their time.
