I went to Austin for 4th of July weekend and had a blast. The house I stayed at was really close to all those places and it had a cowboy pool to boot which was perfect for taking a dip at dusk. The rooms are really big and very comfortable. The beds are great and there was plenty of AC. Highly recommended! There were plenty of fun things to do to cool down like swimming in Barton Springs, tubing in the San Marcos river, renting paddle boards at the rowing club, and walking all over Ladybird Lake.

Nice Stay at Travis Heights Coliving House I stayed for a week in this place and had a lovely time. The house itself feels very homey and the neighborhood is super peaceful. Great for getting work done (my fave is working outside on the deck). It's walking distance from South Congress Street too which has a lot of restaurants. There are always a bunch of Lime scooters within a few blocks in case you want to get there fast. The house is a few blocks from the boardwalk along the river if you want to go for a long run or bike ride. I met some great people there and I will def come back!

The property outside is beautiful and tidy. I met several of the other guests. They were cool, definitely a young focused vibe, man. I really liked the proximity to Congress St, restaurants and bars, nightlife, cowboy boot shops! Inside was very clean. The kitchen was well organized for whose stuff is whose, as well as a packed public cupboard of spices, pastas, etc. There is a cool upper deck covered by a lovely ancient oak tree that has been manicured. Nice place to take your laptop. The owner cleans off the leaves everyday. I liked my room, which had its own full bath. Shampoos, soaps, real luxury hotel experience. I would stay here anytime!

Beautiful house in an excellent neighborhood. There's a nice deck to enjoy your days/evenings. The location is walkable to the boardwalk or South Congress Ave if you're without a car. Will definitely stay at this location again!

On a walkabout through the midwest, Phoenix, Dallas. So nice to get to Austin with the rolling hills and greenery to shade the summer sun. This house was the most comfortable I stayed in, super cozy room, soft sheets. Slept like a king. And the neighborhood is very safe, but just a few minutes from party central on Rainey and East 6th Street. You can hop an Uber for as little as $7 or even scooter home from the best partying in Austin. And it's just a 10 minute walk up to South Congress (SoCo) for coffee, restaurants and shopping. Can't imagine a better location.
