I spent over 3 weeks in Beachub and I had a great time. Living and working on the beach is an ultimate dream. The bungalows are regularly cleaned and well maintained, the Internet was reliable and the workspace was comfortable. There are lots of strangers walking through the property but it still feels pretty safe. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because of the missing community vibe. Unlike other co-livings I've been to, at Beachub there was zero intiative from the owner and the staff to get people together. If this improved, I'm confident the Beachub would have become one of the top destinations.

We stayed and worked from here for two weeks, and it was amazing. The bungalow was nice and comfy with a view on the sea. The co-working was spacious with desks in fresh air and in air-conditioned rooms. The internet was good. They provide free water, coffee, and bananas. We made a reservation via messenger and paid via wise transfer, we had our concerns if it is not a scam, but it turned out to be legit.

It's okay, but I wouldn't stay here again. The location is incredible, the internet is fast, and the workspace is pretty good. But for the bungalows, pretty much everything needs maintenance. I stayed in two different ones over the course of a month, and both had several issues (including taps not working properly, air conditioner clearly not well maintained and ultimately breaking, rusty chairs...). Owner does not seem to care, barely looks at you, and there is essentially no trace of Thai hospitality here. It's a shame because the property has such potential with the beach and cute bungalows, but it's being wasted by careless management giving it an overall weird vibe. There are much better options for the price.

Really nice brand new bungalow with air con right 5 meters from the sea with perfect sunset view. The co-working lack atmosphere and community sense as there isn't anyone looking after. Such a shame as this is a really unique place. In the past there was a bar inside and you could also order food. Again now is not working anymore. They have no staff looking after or welcoming you just a nice Thai lady that barely speak English

Inspiring co-working space with all the facilities required: the private balcony with a personal table and comfy (ie not wooden chair), large rooms (with and without aircon to your choice) where you can meet people (I mean, digital nomads) and share experiences or discuss any professional aspects, the Internet was 50 mbits both upload and download, the power supply was stable (and they have a reserve of their own), the sea is meters close but there is a very low fence, so that you won't be disturbed by many random visitors, the bungalows are clean and the management is conducting continuous renovations and it felt fairly quiet at the time of writing (read, this place will look even better soon), the management's mode of operation might appear a bit "laid back" but we've got all the essentials in a timely manner, the room was cleaned every few days and they project a good and welcoming vibe in general. All kinds of eating places (with plenty of vegan/vegetarian/healthy choices) and 7eleven are in 10-15 mins walking distance (or 5 mins by bike). Zen beach with colourful people is adjacent to BeacHub. Type away into the sunsets (as the pics show) - we came for 3 days and stayed 10! Warmly recommended.
