I had a great time at Coliving 1907. The house and the rooms are wonderful, comfortable and luxurious with a historical flair. Kitchen is well equipped and every room has a work desk. There is also a big sunny rooftop where you can socialize or work as well during the day. Coliving is conveniently placed in the center of lively Triana quarter with many restaurants and cafes, and very near to the main bus hub/station - San Telmo. This is a really awesome place to stay.

Coliving 1907 is a fantastic place to stay! The ambiance is warm and inviting, and the rooms are well-maintained and spotless. I stayed at the villa as a solo traveler for more than two weeks and it was a unique experience. The house has a soul and Raquel is super-receptive to suggestions (we got a new coffee machine during my stay). Needless to say, she's a very capable and kind manager. I managed to be very productive while working in the house given all rooms were very work friendly which I appreciated (hight-adjusting desks, ergo chairs etc.). Insider tip: my fav place to work in the house was the interior court which has perfect natural lightning and airflow. There wasn't too much socialising with the other colivers (just a few get-togethers), everybody was mostly doing their own thing but I didn't mind that given there was so much happening on the island. Overall, a nice stay and I'm looking forward to returning.

What can I say? I had the most amazing stay at Coliving 1907! Right from the beginning at the booking stage to when I left, everything was perfect. Raquel has created a very special place and her attention to detail is incredible. The co-living is in a wonderful local location, so you get to live an authentic Spanish life. There are many things to see and do in the area and the location near the bus station is fantastic for easily getting around the island. The house itself is lovely and full of history. I felt so at home during my stay that I didn’t want to leave! It’s a wonderful way to meet like-minded people and make great connections. I would highly recommend this Coliving for for anybody who wants a unique experience and memories that last a lifetime. Muchas gracias por todo Raquel. You made a dream come true 😊

I stayed in the coliving for 3 weeks in Ferbuary/March. I had lovely experience there, the house, the people, the island. Starting with the house, it is a lovely old canarian house that is renovated, but it still has the original architecture and vibes. The room that I stayed in was Maspalomas and was nicely furnished and fit to the needs for digital nomads (adjustable desk, good chair, power plugs, fast wifi). The kitchen was also well-equipped and had everything that we needed. And I would say my favorite part was the huge rooftop where we worked and also relaxed and get some sun. Besides the house, the coliving is in a very attractive location. Situated in the heart of Triana you have everything within' walking distance, historic buildings, shops, bars, charming squares. Also San Telmo bus station is near and there is very good connection to the other parts of the island. I also have to give a huge kudos to Raquel for being a wonderful host, always helping and attending and sharing some local's recommendations and tips during my stay there. Only warm recommendations for Coliving 1907.
