We had the opportunity to spend an amazing month at Sun and Co. The coliving is located in the old town of Javea, a coastal town in the heart of the Costa Blanca. The new team (Nana, Ana, and Fer), did a great job of facilitating the community and organizing numerous social and professional activities on a daily basis. During our stay, we met many wonderful people, including both Sun and Co. colivers and those on the Community Pass. Sun and Co. offers an excellent environment for remote workers, both inside the house with numerous workspaces and in the nearby coworking space just a 3-minute walk away. I highly recommend Sun and Co. to anyone seeking a genuine coliving experience as a digital nomad or remote worker looking to try remote work in Spain.

We first planned on staying only 2 weeks in Sun & Co. But we just kept prolonging, which I think tells a lot. :) We experienced one of the most complex activity programs in Sun & Co. - daily activities (professional, spiritual, and social), and a big, respectful, and curious community to work and play with. Javea is a great little city equipped with a good infrastructure for digital nomads (events, cafes, coworking spaces), and it's only a 2 hours bus ride from Valencia. Sun & Co. is in the old town, which means you will find a lot of history, tapas bars, and places to have a cup of coffee in the sun around. The beach is on a 30-minute walk from the house. Lastly, Sun & Co. also had an external coworking space only a 3-minute walking from the house, which is equipped with 2 skype booths, loads of space, and a peaceful and work-friendly environment. If you're a first time remote worker - this city and this coliving are a great choice. You'll definitely find a new version of yourself here. ;)

Sun and Co. is one of the most legendary collivings in Europe! It has been running since 2015 and has inspired many other collivings. I have been there in several seasons and my experience has always been very positive and enriching. I have met amazing people, both from the side of the team that manages it (now led by the great Anna!) and from the colivers, some have already become good friends. The facilities are well suited to foster community and growth, both personal and professional. In fact Sun and Co. has a great reputation in that sense, facilitating workshops, round tables, skill sharing, plus all kinds of social events. As for Jávea, it is one of my favorite places in Spain, a beautiful town with a friendly climate, surrounded by nature and especially a unique coastline. If you've never been to a coliving or want to explore further, this is definitely a great option!

I had a wonderful time with amazing people. Everything in Sun&Co is really well organized. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The best part of the house is the kitchen, it's well-equipped, and you can cook with a lot of people at the same time. No other coliving I've been can beat that! (I added a photo of the kitchen, but it's not the best taken photo haha)

The people there are great, but the living conditions in the house could be improved. They don't clean the house often and the quality of cleaning is actually very poor. Many things in the house are broken, like the tables in the rooms. The worst thing is the quality of the water in the house, it's just a disaster, the filters don't work at all, you definitely can't drink the water because filters are also broken, hair falls out after showering with water full of chlorine.
