I stayed at CoolivingC for 6 weeks. I was originally only staying for 1 month but extended it. It's in a great location, near the Sitycleta bikes and busses. Its easy to get anywhere in the city. Jacky was very friendly and was always available to answer any questions throughout my stay. There is a shared bathroom and shared kitchen in each apartment, and each apartment has 3 bedrooms. There's little room in each in the shared kitchen to sit down, especially if others are also cooking at the same time, so I mostly went to the rooftop terrace to eat. The co-working floor was great to work from. Really reliable wifi and good desks and chairs. It's also good to meet other people.

I stayed in total for 6 weeks at CoolivingC. For me it was a perfect place to stay in Las Palmas and still get some work done. Every room has a big desk and good wifi connection, the kitchen is very well equiped and everything is clean since common areas are cleaned daily. The staff is very friendly and replies to questions quickly. Sitycleta and bus stations are nearby so it's easy to reach every part of the city.

It was a miserabel! People do not go there. Everyone from Street can come on your room an rub all the thinks of you. We came from germany and we did never see it bevor. It has no security and the cleanliness was a disaster.We stay only 5 min there and we had payed another Hotel. Exe Hotel. This woman forced us to stay in her dirty and unsafe place for 110€. booking tried to reach her 2 days in a row to give us the money back but she is so rude and dishonorable woman that she didn't do it. Every one can contact me, and i show you all the pictures to see what you really expects on this location!!! We do on the day we came and we leave at “ exe hotel” it was only 200€ with breakfast and very very nice. The people are at “exe hotel” very people are very polite. So you pay maybe 50€ more for all the days but it is the best Way how u can live on this city.

Very good place to stay and work, in a very good position. Common areas in the apartments (bathroom and kitchen) are cleaned every day, which is an excellent anti-covid measure. Wifi works perfectly. Staff is friendly and extremely kind. My friend and I had a very good stay.

Very new clean.nice place.. I like they put one small bottle water in room thanks. Nice top roof garden. Very good wife. Kitchen it have all stuff for you cook. Near to beach 15 - 20min walk beach. 2 min big souper market. 2 min granier bakery nice. Bust station near. Easy accept keys with app Open door. neat place owner cares.hair dryer. Shampou. kitchen paper towels very clean and for hands in the kitchen. room fragrance everywhere. nice lamps in the room make a nice atmosphere.Bed tough and the pillows on the bed were not so comfortable too thin. No Chanel Spain but nice it have Netflix YouTube. The canteras beach district 30-40min walk normal areal this for out night. it must include the aircontition but ok or one fan because I close the windows because it had full big Mosquitoes. From the thirt floor this girl many noisy 2 3 o clock morning and again from morning noisy. some didn't care or didn't know how to close the entrance door so it wouldn't make any noise. Simply. I hope the owner will appreciate the good things I have written and not just Focus I have only written about the negatives to make it better
