We spent some time here as a family (couple and 4 months baby). It’s perfectly located with supermarkets 2min walking, the Canteras beach 1 block away and several great restaurants nearby. We worked from the house, both in our apartments and in the common working area, super fast internet, AC, monitors, great coffee… We will be back 😊

If I lived at the top, I would give it 6 stars. Unfortunately, on the lower floors you can hear every neighbor turning on the water, what they are talking about and what they are doing in the shower. Sound insulation does not exist. The bedroom window overlooks the 2x2 inner courtyard. Either silence or fresh air in the bedroom. Additionally, there is renovation nearby. It's not worth the price. However, the owner was very helpful and nice.
