I stayed in a villa here for almost 2 months - it’s been fantastic. There are great perks for long term guests like Spanish lesson, surf class, and morning seafront yoga. The villa itself has excellent WiFi indoors and outdoors and it’s less than 5 minutes walk to their 24hr co-working offices. The villas have plenty of space to work comfortably and a full kitchen with all equipment to cook at home. Cleaning is provided weekly by a really friendly pair who provide fresh bedding and towels. We were lucky enough to have a jacuzzi & BBQ in our particular villa’s back garden which were fun perks! The pools, restaurants, bars, beauticians etc. were all very close by. Group dinners are arranged twice weekly for Amarilla guests and any other interested visitors to the South, and excursions are planned each weekend. I tried to do as many as possible: Teide & Masca hikes; Kayaking & snorkelling; Farm visit to Vilaflor; Vineyard Tours through Icod de los vinos; El Drago Milenario; Banana Plantation, Garachico.. I’m sure I’m missing some but you should do them all. They’re organised by Amarilla with private pick up & drop off, water and snacks, and a personalised, local experience at places most tourists don’t get to see. Their main guide is a lovely certified guide named Tonio who provides bi-lingual tours. The tour price points are cheaper too than doing it with outside companies & Amarilla guests get further discounts. The Amarilla Team (led by the gorgeous Marina) are an awesome, caring group whose focus is on supporting community & making your experience here as special as possible. I felt so welcome. Any hobby, sport, interest you have, they’ll always be able to find something for you. You’ll be in great hands - I can’t recommend everything enough.

I had the best time at Amarilla! What was originally going to be a few weeks quickly turned into a few months. The house, the community, the people, and amazing location made everything amazing. Marina and the rest of the Amarilla team really know how to make people feel welcome and at home in Tenerife 🙂Loved the excursions (Toño is fantastic!), social dinners, and activities organized by the team! I've made lifelong friends and met the best people during my stay. Will definitely be back!! 🥰

Amazing experience! As a remote worker it is so important to feel comfortable, from the friendly communication with Kayleigh via mail to Chloe making me feel welcome the second I stepped through the doors! I stayed at Amarilla's coliving in the North of Tenerife, Hotel Rural and I loved it! It's an authentic Canarian house, giving it very homely vibe with a coworking space overlooking the garden and mountains. Views! They made sure there was plenty to do during the week, so I was never bored! I really got to experience the island of Tenerife and I can not wait to come back!

Staying at Amarilla Coliving for a month was one of the best experience I ever had in my life, simply. From the comfort of each accomodation, to the kindness of their team, and through each of their crazy different (and multiple) events proposed, you will LOVE to be part of a nice Digital Nomad Family ! Marina, the owner of this Coliving is an amazing person, she knows everything about the island since she was born there, and she will always have the right recommendation to make your night / afternoon / trip day incredible. I can't explain in such a short message how amazing my stay was, but I can say that I'm grateful that I've been part of Amarilla Family, even for a month ❤️

Stayed in the Amarilla coliving in the north of the island for 2 weeks. The house is an authentic canary house from the 17th century (which is restored) and has beautiful vibes. The house is located in Los Realejos, which is a small town near Puerto de la Cruz and it is well connected with bus lines to the nearby towns and centers (you can easily get everywhere with a car or bus). The place itself has a wonderful garden with volcanic stone, and a rooftop overlooking the hills and the ocean, where they do yoga and you can get some sun. I stayed in a premium apartment and shared small kitchen and a beautiful bathroom with another room, and my room was really spacious and got a great view in the center of the house. I also worked during my stay in the house, and the guys were pretty helpful with providing monitors, and the connection was great (even they do not have formal coworking space, they provide you with everything possible to have a good working experience). The owners and managers do a great job at organizing events for the colivers there, Chloe welcomed me and made me feel like home, but I have to give a special kudos to Maria, that volunteered there during my stay, and made it an amazing experience with lots of exploring, the nature, the place, the culture. Other than that the community is wonderful there, you will meet with likeminded individuals, make some friends, and it is perfect for solo travelers. I would stay there again for sure, and I recommend this place!
