Really nice Hotel with great vibes. I booked one of the tents which was totally fine, clean and has an AC/heater. The pool is also nice and the location of the hotel, directly next to the lake (with direct access), is awesome. Food (breakfast and dinner) was good as well. My highlight was the free Yoga session with Patricia in the morning. She is a really good teacher and a great person! Definitely want to go back!

We stayed for 2 nights and we had a great time. The hostel is amazing, with a swimming pool and a private lake. The staff was very friendly and gave us great recommendations of hiking trails in the area. One of the workers Felipe helped us with everything we needed and even gave us some of his private cooking supplies. The breakfast was very good with a lot of options to choose. It’s located prefect if you want to explore Geres national park. We will definitely return!

This season was perfect in Selina, the great service of all the staff, specially Guilherme and Kumar make a great difference on my stay, they were very kind and professional. Completely would expect having same service on my next stay here.

Well, where to start. Booked a Loft for two nights, happy and looking forward to the visit. The contact with reality was somewhat sobering. The booked (and prepaid) loft was a smelly and dusty little Apartment. The furniture is old and stained, chairs look like what we had in school. There is at least a nice balcony, but no furniture on it. The table in the kitchenette is also stained and looks old and not stable. Sofa was broken, bathroom had mold in the shower and ceiling. Toilet was not cleaned and the remains of the previous visitors digestion was still visible. We asked the front desk if we can change the room (nope, fully booked) and the nice, but a little helpless young girl at the desk promised to send a technician. Who came, checked the sofa, agreed that it was broken and was not seen anymore. The girl at the front desk promised to contact management to call us. So we made some tea, realized that the kettle was somewhat suspiciously dirty as well. Management did not come back to us and so we decided to leave and stay somewhere else. We ask at least to refund the second night, but management seems to be either a nonexisting entity or just something mentioned, so people wait for a solution nobody can provide. Shame, this place looked really nice on paper. Part of it seems to be a hostel as well, so perhaps one should not expect hotel standards. Still, I have been in simpler and older hostels and even they managed to replace broken stuff or even clean the toilet. Pity. Let‘s see if the management exists or reacts.

Amazing experience. Pedro at the front desk made everything and a bit more to make sure that I have the best stay possible 11/10. Also Fernanda who gave very good recommendations of places to go! :D The Hotel is located right besides the lake and it's very easy to go down there and have a swin. Thumbs up for the breakfast also! :)
