Ponta do Sol was my first solo work abroad and my first stay at an Outsite location. The community Elisa fosters is so welcoming and fun! I felt lucky to have such amazing coworkers at the hotel throughout my stay. The amenities made it easy to live and work comfortably, but the people truly made my experience unforgettable. I loved it and can’t wait to go back—next time I’ll stay longer!

Absolutely loved my stay at Outsite Madeira! The location and property are fantastic, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and provide plenty of space to work—especially for online meetings when the coworking space gets busy. Elisa is an amazing manager who goes above and beyond to create a welcoming and social co-living experience. She organizes plenty of activities, brings everyone together, and is always ready with great recommendations for things to do around the island. For those looking to explore beyond the immediate area, I’d definitely recommend renting a car. It makes it much easier to access nearby attractions, bigger supermarkets, the gym, and all the incredible hikes Madeira has to offer. Can’t wait to be back!

Loved my time at this Outsite. Great building, comfortable, every room with a sea view. Decent restaurants and grocery store all walking distance. I hired a scooter during my stay and this really added to my experience of the island. Without a car or scooter you're limited in terms of being able to explore fully but plenty of people had cars and were generous about offering rides to those who didn't. The hiking is incredible. Elisa is a wonderful house manager, super present. Met some great people during my stay. 100% I'll be back.

Spent two weeks at the Maderia house and it was everything I wanted it to be. Waking up next to the ocean every morning and watching the sun set each night was pure magic. There was a great sense of community largely due to the incredible community manager, Elisa. She went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcomed and planned such fun outings for the entire house. Because of her involvement I got to connect with so many amazing people over the two week stay. I was sad to leave, but likely to be returning for a longer stay. Would definitely recommend renting a car as the village is smaller, but there are great amenities such as gyms and larger grocery stores in the surrounding villages.

Besides the amazing sunset views and the calm aesthetics of the rooms, the real gem of this place is the Community Manager, Elisa! She was very proactive and responsive to any queries. She also organised weekly events for the Outsiters staying to create a sense of community. I really enjoyed my time there and have very fond memories!
