Great location in the small Ponta do Sol town center. Best place for meeting other remote workers and travellers. Large common areas, a sunny balcony and (in my case) a room with a view 🌊

The house is good value for money. The interior is old fashioned but still it is equipped with all necessary for living. The location of the house is good enough: near some cafes, bar and small shops (we recommend to visit Tasquinha do Henrique). There are also two great levadas close to the house. It's possible to walk to the center of Ponta do Sol on foot via rather quiet road almost without any traffic, but to get back you need to be strong: the climb is hard enough. The host Maria is very pleasant person, easy to communicate despite of she doesn't speak english. She greeted us with fruits, cookies and banana liquor. Also she invited us to the nearest cafe for traditional drink – poncha. We were pleased with such a great attitude.
