Nice cheap hostel chain. They have really good options but this one is unfortunately not the nicest one. The bathroom was really dirty and the cold water was not working. So only boiling hot was possible.

The rooms where not bad. The bathroom has opportunities for improvement. The staff for the most part were attentive and friendly. However, they put me next to a room with ongoing construction. Every morning was loud to say the least. On the 3rd day, I requested a comped breakfast due to the noise. Front desk attendant (women) acknowledged the ongoing construction but stated that because the other tenants didn't complain, that she would NOT offer me a comped breakfast. From there I packed my bags and went to Good Source. It was 4 times a much but damn it was MORE than 4 times as nice. I probably will not go again. To be fair, I wasn't going to ask for a comped breakfast but after that 3rd night in s row of being woken up repeatedly, I thought it was only fair.

I stayed in a 4 bed dorm. The room and facilities are great. Staff is nice. The restaurant has great and fresh food. I can imagine if you have nice roommates this would be amazing because everything here is nice and comfortable. The "common" area is small for like 8-10 people. My room window can't be sealed shut, so you can hear noises from outside and also no curtain so light when the sun rises. I had an annoying roommate who literally had 30 alarms in the span of 30+ minutes until I had enough. And she kept sleeping after turning off each one. I never encountered anything like that.

The location of this Selina is perfect, super safe area with lots of nice places to eat and drink nearby. The rooms are simple - I stayed in a private room and it was more than comfortable for just one night. However, the facilities are a little basic (no kitchen, for example, just a microwave) and the other Selina site just one block away is much better equipped. For the small extra price, consider there - or you can use the same armband to enter and utilise the communal spaces in the other one. All in all though, safe, quiet and comfortable, perfect for a quick stop.

I stayed at this hotel for educational purposes. The facilities are old and dusty. Beds are comfortable. You have to share a restroom on each floor. Rooms are not as picture. Elevators are very small and you may experience issues. The location is great, walking distance to all restaurants in Miraflores. Breakfast wasn’t good.
