Without a doubt the best hostel I have ever stayed in anywhere around the world. Amazing location, great value for rooms, and free buffet breakfast in the morning is very tasty. The staff are super chill, friendly, and helpful. Every single thing about this hostel is positive vibes. Even for someone with limited Spanish like myself I had an amazing time on my 10 day stay here. Great kitchen and social areas as well. Thank you, Liam 🇮🇪

I got bullied by a receptionist after I’ve been spending a week at this hostel. Here’s the story: I’d been spent a week in the same room and one day they told me I need to change room, so I checked out first. And that night I happened to stay at my friend’s place so I didn’t come back. When I came back at morning to extend a night for tonight, this receptionist girl asked me if I’m going to pay for yesterday as well?! Excuse me? What a question is that? Just because I’m an old and loyal customer, so I need to pay for a night when I was not here? What kind of person can ask a question like that??? Are you crazy? So I said no, yesterday I wasn’t here. Then she got my passport and charged money and finished the whole check in process, without checking me in.🥲after I paid money, I didn’t got checked in…? And then she emphasized that I HAD to come back AFTER 3PM. Which is the general rule but we all know if they have free clean bed if you check in at 12 or earlier is fine. And it’s universal. But just because I am a loyal customer who had spent many nights here, this receptionist chose to pick on me and being unkind, unprofessional and ask ridiculous questions. And why charge me money if you cannot check me in? Could have totally told me to come pay after 3pm instead of charging my money and did the whole checkin process without checking me in??? Anyways the receptionist was super unprofessional and ridiculous and unkind to a female loyal customer.

I booked my room letting them know of my 1am arrival time. They stated they were 24hrs and my room will be available. I check in to be told there were no rooms available despite have a confirmation. Then stated I could check in at 3pm, 14hrs away or I could pay more to have a room in 30 mins. What a joke. 2nd time I've attempted to book a room here and both times was let down with poor service.

For job reasons I have stayed at the Miraflores location 3 times, and it was always the same shitty experience Dusty rooms, a/c never works, noisy, dusty, with overall old appliances. The only decent thing is the bar area and the bed 🛏️
