I was scammed by this hotel. The worst experience ever. It is sold as 4 stars hotel in internet, as well the price. However when I did check in all sunbeds were dirty and didn't give towels for the pool. I wanted to take the towels from my room to use in the pool and I was not allowed. I rented 3 nights and 4 days usd $690. The people who were in the pool are not hotel guest they just rented the swimming pool to buy alcohols, have party and loud music. Not a 4 star hotel not a hotel. it is a public swimming pool with drinks and music. The swimming pool small not as the picture. No TV in the room. When I wanted the refund of my money because I didn't want to spend 2 days more nights and 3 days. The lady in the reception said there is no refund and if i want to leave the hotel i can do it and lose my money. SCAM.

If you're interested in a place to party and socialize - this place is for you. If you're interested in a quiet place to relax - think again. However this is not the reason this place is getting 3 stars because these are things you are let known at check in and reviews. The room I got was absolutely beautiful with a fantastic view - no complains there. I give this place 3 stars for the service. The staff simply looked like they did not want to be there - 0 enthusiasm. I did not see a smile on anyone. The only exceptions were Danny (hard worker - it shows, thank you) and a girl whom I forgot her name at the front desk but always greeted me with a smile. Everyone else, especially the young boy with glasses and girl with curly hair - find another calling. The amount you get for breakfast is less than impressive. Otherwise, thank you also for the hard working cleaning staff. They are without a doubt the backbone of this place.

We arrived and were informed by a security guard that the hotel was closed despite already paying and having an email confirmation of my reservation. We had to search for a new hotel at 11pm at night . Terrible experience

The hotel itself is very nice and just next to the beach. If you book there, just have in mind, that in the evening it can be loud. Especially every Saturday there is a party, which we also enjoyed. The Pool is nice and the service was good. Here are the Cons: - for the price we payed (120$ per night) the breakfast was too low. Just a few dishes of the menu were included, and those were rather small. Cappuccino was also not included, which is not acceptable, if you pay this amount of money per night - when we entered our room the first time, it smelled somehow strange, like they didn’t open a window for a long time
