The campsite was beautiful and picturesque. The micro tents were clean, spacious and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable, we had a great sleep. The pool and chill out area could do with some more shades up but otherwise we enjoyed our time there a lot. The food was very expensive for average tasting food and could not believe there was no drinking water provided let alone that it was priced five times as much as it should have been. And no coffee in the morning?!! We were also disappointed that there was no alcohol service due to them losing their licence a few weeks ago. We should have been notified about this before arriving considering the price we paid to come there, we not happy about this at all. And put your cocktail menu away so we are not teased! Customer service was terrible, with the exception of 1-2 kind people all other staff were very rude. Lastly considering taxi’s are very hard to get out to the camp, a shuttle service from marrakech included in our reservation would have been great.

I see other reviews that some things regarding service must improve . I agree on some respects. However our 3 nights stay was pleasant , beautiful location, swimming pools nice, restaurant ambiance etc is great. Food as mentioned by others is a bit limited in variety but what I ordered , was good and could not fault them about it. (Crispy chicken with rice, the hamburgers (chicken and beef) were nice dishes.)

The rooms, location and views are great. Camel ride was fun. Service, cleanliness of the food area and options need to be improved - they have a whole drink menu on display and then tell us they don't serve alcohol.. breakfast buffet was also all cold and uncovered, lots of flies around, didn't feel safe. Cutlery and drinks also looked dirty.. Overall recommend it for one night - but this was the most expensive hotel we booked in Morocco, and it was the lowest quality experience.

The location and rooms are fine, albeit a bit behind on maintenance. Also the beds are a bit small for tall North Western Europeans. The camp has lots of potential but fails in servicing their guests due to: 1. Cocktails are a complete scam. They cost €15 but are not even close as to how a proper bar would prepare them. It also seems like they barely put any alcohol in to save on money. 2. The menu and food is disappointing for having to eat it three times a day since there are no other options for restaurants. Think raw French fries and a wrap that you would prepare yourself during your times as a broke student in your university housing. 3. Supplies were out two days in a row (we stayed for two nights) from 18:00 onwards. Beers and wine were no longer available as well as multiple dishes on the menu (and they barely have any variation on the menu in the first place). Sadly I would not recommend staying here until improvements have been made.

We stayed in the Glamping standard for 2 nights and it was as pictured on the website ! The location was amazing and the restaurant (food and staff) was great. Would absolutely recommend to spend some days here. The place feels secure as there are guards at the entrance. However, i would say the only downside is that there are no locks on the tents. So we had to carry our money/passports everywhere (even to the pool). Adding some locks would be perfect !
