I must say this was the best stay of my entire 2 weeks trip, and I stayed at very luxurious hotels as well. But what sets Kotor Nest apart is the customer service. The hotel staff are very attentive and they do everything they can, they go above and beyond for their guests’ needs. If I visit Kotor again, I wouldn’t think twice and book my stay at Kotor Nest again. Don’t waste time looking for another place, stay here and thank me later😉

Excellent location in the old town (obviously, no parking!) Top ranks for cleanliness, comfortable bed and pillows, toilet and shower excellent. The one small drawback is the lack of sound proofing between guest rooms. The is almost no noise from the outside, very calm. I had a family next to me with small children and the noise was annoying, especially trying to relax in the evening. I'll return - maybe ask for the most isolated room?

Kotor Nest is an outstanding accommodation in Kotor, thanks to its prime location near the old town. I highly recommend Daniela, the friendly manager there. She truly deserves a glowing five-star review for her exceptional customer service, warm demeanor, and efficiency in addressing our many requests. Daniela went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth and enjoyable experience, offering helpful information and personalized assistance. Her friendly and professional approach left a lasting positive impression on us. We cannot thank her enough!

The rooms at Kotor Nest are modern and well equipped. Although the location of the coliving is very cool, the sense of community was extremely lacking. The community manager was extremely unwelcoming and wanted no part of the coliving. There were several occasions where the community manager(s) were being dishonest, or gave an unwelcoming feeling overall. When these issues were brought to management, these concerns were not validated, as "nobody else complained" to them directly. As a hotel, this would be very good; but it seems that the coliving aspect of the business has taken a backseat to the hotel. The coworking area is also lacking, with such a small desk that can really only fit around 4 people comfortably. However, I do need to praise the staff. The reason for my lower review is not for the entirety of the staff. I give 5 stars to Mery, the housekeepers, Daniella and Bojana. The deduction of three stars was for the community manager, and the lack of presence by the owner Filip. Filip interacted with the group of colivers once on the first night, and never again. I had heard so many wonderful things of Filip, the community management and the events that were planned at Kotor Nest. It feels like a shame that we did not get to experience this.

Great location. Welcoming and kind hosts. Fair warning: All utilities except the bathroom (TV, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, kettle) are in a common area, not in every room. Our wheel of cheese got stolen from the fridge. Sound isolation is horrible. We got woken up every night and every morning by people walking, checking in, checking out, talking to an employee or their friends, making coffee, slamming doors, employees cleaning/working in the morning etc.
