Great first impression. Polite staff, many services and events happening at the hotel. Nice roof top bar with a pool ($20 Margaritas with nothing close to Tequila unfortunately, but the Mezcal is nice). Room would need a better housekeeping. There's hair all over the toilet and the bathroom floor, shower head is spraying all over the bathroom. The bedroom is nice and cozy. There's a gym, common kitchen, two pools, library. Looking forward to breakfast tomorrow.

Really enjoyed my stay at Selina Downtown! The downtown is definitely a different vibe than the beach, but there’s so much to do! The only downside is that it does take time and money to get to the beach. Take the collectivo if you can! Rooms are nice and quiet even though it’s near the highway. The workers are so friendly! I did yoga Wednesday morning which was a highlight as was Mikey who made my delicious welcome drink 🎉 super affordable for what you get. I would stay again!

Amazing location, right downtown and just along the bike path to the beach! Really enjoyed the facilities at this property (gym, two pools, yoga room, and co work). The service was TOP NOTCH, such kind staff! Reception was so helpful, and even upgraded me upon check in. They had some fun parties on their roof, would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, fun place to stay in Tulum.

LOVE LOVE LOVE SELINA!! Seriously such a wonderful time at this hotel and such a great experience. I have stayed at a few Selina's before, they are definitely my preferred hotel chain. I do not understand how this place is this affordable, but please don't change the prices haha The staff working at this hotel made us feel so cared for and welcome. The front staff asked us if we were celebrating anything and gave us a note and gift when we checked in. They have a bag area if you arrive early, and would like to go to the other location near the beach. Yes, the beach at Selina's is a MUST. They do have mopeds and bikes to rent, they are also next to a local bus area and there are taxi drivers they will even help you get. and guess what...there is fantastic gelato right next door (dairy free options). Close to shopping, a local supermarket and other restaurants are a max of 5 min drive away but why would you leave when they have multiple pools, a rooftop bar and a restaurant that you get a discount at. The breakfast is so so so good. Get the scrambled eggs with ham and tomatoes and you wont regret it. We got the suite with the personal pool and patio. The room was HUGE even had a mini kitchenette with burner and pots/pans/wine opener. It was so so so nice, totally worth the upgrade price, only thing I would ask is more water pressure but not their fault and we found this is common. YOU HAVE TO STAY HERE, I WILL BE BACK

Solo female, really enjoyed my experience here. This was my second trip to Mexico, but my first time staying in a hostel/hotel and it exceeded my expectations. I didn’t know how comfortable I would be but the staff was very friendly and accommodating, if you’re good to them they are good to you it’s simple. They went above and beyond in my opinion!
