Great location for check in immediately after getting off ADO in Cancun Centro. Otherwise pretty decent. The outdoor areas were relaxed and clean when I visited. Rooms were passable and about the same quality you'd find at a motel 8 in the US.

Stay away from this place. The room i got was nothing like their official photos. The floor was not tiled or finished. The bathroom was run-down. Sink was chipped. Soap was watered down. Strands of hair were on the bedding. This is the worst $60 I had spent on an hostel room. I would not choose any hostel of this brand again.

Absolutely terrible service here. This is the worst stay I’ve ever had in any hostel, hotel, motel, etc. We had to change our reservation. I tried for over 3 weeks to get into contact with this company to change the reservation. None of their posted emails work, nor do any of the phones. By a whim I found their WhatsApp which took them quite a while to respond to. When trying to adjust the reservation, they said that we weren’t booked for the days that I have even though I have proof via confirmation emails. When I sent the screenshot, they blamed “the system changing the dates on them”. When we got there, we were excited to cool down in the pool… which was closed for cleaning. Fine. You have to close, but then offer a reduced rate because you are offering a reduced service. The worst part of the whole experience had to be the night. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, you will not find it here. They were drilling, hammering, and throwing building materials from 9 PM (!) till our checkout at 4 AM. I didn’t sleep at all due to the noise. The rooms are in poor condition, and the water pressure is bad. There also isn’t a lot to do in the area. It’s safe enough, but otherwise, you won’t find too much variety. Avoid at all costs.

I stayed here and the guy that works at maintenance his name is Jose Benitez and he helped me with directions and everything , he speaks fluent English and helped me out a lot , thank you so much Jose and Selina hotel , by the way Cancum is really nice , thank you again Jose
