This place is absolutely amazing! I stayed here for 6 weeks as a volunteer and loved every moment of it. This was my first experience at a co-working/co-living environment and it exceeded all of my expectations. It was meticulously cleaned every day by an amazing staff. The manager, Ivonne, was available and quick to respond to any and all questions. It was easy to form relationships as most people stayed for 3+ weeks. The weekly activities that were planned were a really cool way to experience the city. Family dinners were the highlight of the week and made getting to know others at the hostel super easy. I’m hoping to be able to check out Co404’s other locations in San Cris and Medellin!

I volunteered at co404 for about 6 weeks and loved it! The community feeling was great, it was easy to connect to people and many stayed several weeks which meant there was enough time to really get to know each other. The manager Ivonne looked after us very well and supported us in organising amazing activities for everyone which were a great way to get to know Oaxaca and the surrounding area. The space is very central and close to many tourist sites and activities and the facilities are well looked after.

Such a warm and connected community. Out of all the colivings I have stayed at this is the most sociable one (not in the party kind of way, but the wholesome grown up kind of way)! The private rooms are great and so affordable! If you ever had any issues the manager Ivonne would see to them straight away. I then had a great experience volunteering there as well. We were treated so well as volunteers which is important as we’re essentially the face and the vibe of the place too. Well done co404 such a great welcoming and inclusive family 🙏♥️

I went there for a tour and Thomas invited me to join a family dinner. The space is big, bright, airy, and I feel the people make the effort to create a welcoming, inclusive community. You do need to be living there to access the co-working space, and have options for bunk bed and private rooms to stay. I would highly recommend this space for anyone visiting Oaxaca. Thank you Thomas and everyone for a lovely dinner and hang!

I decided to come for a three week stay at Co404 Oaxaca after spending a month at the San Cris location and I'm SO glad I decided to extend my trip to stay in Oaxaca! I cannot say enough good things about this place. The gorgeous, meticulously cleaned facilities, the friendly staff and volunteers, the killer location right by Centro Historico and proximity to the best bakeries and markets, the weekly planned activities and family dinners, and the amazing group of people all added up to the most amazing three weeks. I was so sad to leave, but already so excited to go back! If you're on the fence about staying at Co 404, take this as your sign to go for it - once you go, you're part of the family for life 🥰.
