It was too uncomfortable we had to leave. Particularly the bathroom was disgusting, the shower had an orange stain and it looked like it hadnât been properly cleaned in months, there were hairs and black dirt stains in the corners. The room smelled horrible. It was all questionable and unsanitary. The only reason we stayed one night was because our flight arrived late at night and we couldnât leave at that hour. We left the next day as soon as we woke up. Although the administrator was nice, she decided not to refund us for something she admitted they had to be more careful about and she knows has to change.

My original plan was to stay here for one month, but itâs been such a wonderful experience that Iâve decided to stay here 4 more months. Not only is it in a great location (transportation wise), but also the staff members here are very friendly and are always ready to help with anything at anytime. I love it because Iâm very sensitive to noise, also I work from home taking inbound calls so living in a noise-free environment is a must, however this is hard to find in a country like Mexico. Also 80% of the guests here are foreigners and Iâve been able to meet some cool like minded people during my stay. Thereâs a market down the street called âMercado de Mexicaltzingoâ which offers a variety of delicious Mexican food at an extremely low price. I gotta say, itâs one of the reasons why I havenât left this place haha. The food and prices down at the market are so good that I eat there everyday during breakfast and lunch. Youâll love their home style cooked meals. Overall Iâd say the Nora Hotel is a great place to stay if youâre looking to keep a low budget and have an environment where you can network and meet other people.

Staff are friendly and the place has a cool aesthetic and vibe, great value for money! Place is still very new, however, and a few big problems still need addressing: -Wifi in the coworking space was practically unusable unless you happened to own your own ethernet cable. -A/C in the room only blows warm air. -Windows in several rooms don't lock and room can easily be broken into. -For some reason, they took away the water cooler so only staff could use it. -Sometimes the prices I was charged for things like laundry and having someone stay were higher than they were supposed to be. -The included continental breakfast was non-existent. Hopefully these kinks will get worked out soon and then this place will be perfect.

I first stayed at the hotel for a few weeks with no problems. Other than being very cold inside the rooms and wifi being unstable at times no other issues. I then decided to stay at their Co-Living departments next door for an extended stay. I gave a deposit and when I left the staff promised I would receive it back 10-15 days. That did not happen and every contact I had with them they promised to send back my deposit. There are many other hotels, co-living places to stay at so I would avoid this place.
