Covive Casa de Janeiro is truly a gem! The house is perfectly located in a fantastic neighborhood, surrounded by charming cafĂ©s, vibrant bars, and delicious restaurants. Despite all the activity nearby, the area manages to remain peaceful and calm, offering the best of both worlds. The rooms are cozy and thoughtfully designed, making it a comfortable place to stay. The Covive team is incredibly attentive and always strives to improve the experience for everyone. Their commitment to ensuring guests feel welcome and cared for is remarkable. What truly sets Covive apart, though, is the amazing community it fosters. During my time here, I met some of the most wonderful people who have become lifelong friends. Even years later, the connections I made here remain an important part of my life. If you’re looking for a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience in Roma Norte, Covive Casa de Janeiro is the place to be!

Covive in Rio Janeiro is the most convenient place to stay if you are visiting Mexico City for a few months and want to stay in the best location, they have converted an old house into a beautiful and charming place to share with others. The administration staff is very helpful and fast at answering any questions, your arrival will be properly explained and they will introduce you to the rest of the visitors. You will have everything you need to cook, work and relax either in your room or in their terrace plus the monthly fee for acomodation is very accesible , give it a try they have other properties too!!

Positives: The Casa Newton house in Polanco has a nice location and the rooms are comfortable. I made some friends in the house, which is helpful for a new city. Cons: Agree with many of the concerns about management. In particular, the house was cleaned three days a week and dishes were not cleaned. That meant that unless you were willing to clean up after your 10 roommates, the kitchen was basically unusable because as soon as one person does not clean their dishes, the kitchen becomes very messy / the sinks full with dishes / etc. We raised this issue multiple times and management kept telling us we needed to fix this problem ourselves, and was not open to reconsidering the way they maintain the house. Covive rents out a house to 10-12 people and expects to not be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen? I would understand if the rent were lower, but the prices are very high (you can get a 1-bed apartment furnished at a similar price point), and with so many residents, it never made sense to me why they would not clean the house daily or have the people who clean also tend to the dishes. It was a very simple thing to solve, but management created a lot of frustration among the people in the house.

Review for Casa Rio de Janeiro -- I chose to stay here as a place to land when moving to CDMX. It was great for that purpose. I was able to make great connections with other people and make new friends. The house itself is spacious with various places to hang out. Cleaning staff comes 3x a week which was nice. I believe the experience is really what you make of it. I'm very glad that I chose Covive as a first place to live in CDMX.

Covive RĂo de Janeiro is a wonderful place to live. The house is beautiful and the people living here are so welcoming and kind. It is a great place to work from if you work remotely as there is a beautiful living room, coworking space and rooftop. The bedrooms are also very spacious. I highly recommend staying in this house if you are in CDMX!
