Vincenzo is an exceptional guest, very attentive to everyone's needs and, with Michela at his side, they make a magical couple of managers. 5 hectares of pure relaxation, with swinging pool and hammocks. Everything is very well looked after and very clean. There is an air of serene freedom at H4C and the fact of meeting and getting to know people motivated to do the same makes everything more festive. Then when you find Lecce pasticciotti for breakfast....

Vincenzo is great, the true soul of this enchanting coliving born from a nice format that combines conviviality, lightness and love for the seventh art! The villa is splendid, the atmosphere too and, above all, I loved the chats that arose by chance around the communal table... unforgettable! (And if you are lucky enough to find freshly picked figs from the field or the memorable "pasticciotti" from the local pastry shop on the table for breakfast, you will be thrilled!)

Beautiful villa with park equipped with various spaces, from one for children to the swimming pool and barbecue. The rooms have air conditioning, bathroom, television and a small refrigerator. All the furnishings are valuable, enriched with vintage and antique elements. The management is attentive but leaves ample freedom: essentially there is a co-living climate, you can keep to your own business or collaborate and cooperate with the other tenants to prepare meals, from breakfast to dinner. Very helpful from the manager Vincenzo: free use of the bicycles available and garage for the car or motorbike on request.
