Stayed here for 3 nights and it was wonderful. The room was incredibly clean and modern. The staff was incredibly nice and helped me at any hour. The food was also great every morning. A big thank you to Julia as well for making me delicious espresso every day.

I had a fantastic stay at 21 House of Stories Navigli! The hotel is super centrally located, making it the perfect base to explore Milan. The modern design creates a stylish and cozy atmosphere. What impressed me the most was the excellent service – the staff was consistently friendly and helpful. The entire hotel was also very clean, which made the stay even more enjoyable. A real highlight is the breathtaking rooftop terrace with a stunning view over the city – perfect for an evening drink! I can highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return. A clear 5-star experience!

I had a fantastic experience staying at Rate 21 House of Stories Navigli. The cleanliness of the property was outstanding—everything was spotless and well-maintained, which made my stay incredibly comfortable. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, always ready to help with a smile and eager to offer great recommendations about the city. Their professionalism and warm attitude truly made a difference. The location is absolutely perfect. Situated in one of Milan’s most charming neighborhoods, Navigli, the hotel is surrounded by vibrant terraces, cozy cafés, and a wide selection of restaurants and bars. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Milan—it’s the perfect mix of comfort, service, and atmosphere!

overpriced for what you get - over 300€ a night and at the breakfast you have to pay extra for an omelette or a fried egg. The Americano was one of the worse coffee I have ever had and this in Italy 🤌 Tiny unspectacular, very noisy rooms and a basic bed. The highlight is the beautiful rooftop and pool but not worth to pay so much money for a room - update: Hotel immediately reacted to my review and offered a discount as it was so loud and invited us for a drink at the rooftop bar - Grazie 🙏

I loved our stay here! Me, my wife and my parents visited in February and we had a great time. We arrived early morning from the other side of the world and they were able to accommodate us for breakfast and have our room ready a little earlier. Breakfast was great, drinks at the bar delicious (including mocktails) and the staff was super friendly. Just a couple of down sides: we were really looking forward to visiting the terrace which unfortunately was closed most of the time (off season). Our room was also very close to a church so the bells really woke us up multiple times (they provide earplugs but we were not comfortable using it). Our room also smelled weird. My parent's room was on a different side and they didn't have any of these issues. I would definitely be back (hopefully in a different room next time!). Location is also very central!
