It's hard to find - off the beaten path back in a housing development... must enter through gate - not convenient to come and go. Manager Talya was super nice but she was the only staff and was ready to leave when we arrived at 7. This meant we couldn't drive to go out because the gate couldn't be passed and since she wanted to go home we weren't hanging at the "bar"/"resturant" 😞 We managed to find the way to the Mediterranean... but there is very little to walk to in this area. Also pool belongs to the community NOT the hotel. It was only accessible 3 hours 4-7pm.

Pro: Great place for couple and for family, clean room, comfortable, great owner, also there a kibutz pool people there are friendly. There some great cafe in kibbutz that you must visit "Couronne Patisserie". 10 mins from Akko / Nahariya. Neg: There was a problem enter to kibbutz at night. we got phone number from host to call at night but no answer to phone. So we stuck there till someone arrived to kibbutz.

I'm really shocked by what happened during my stay: I've been charged more than what I should have paid, and I'm still not reimbursed after having called them 3 times. I've traveled in many countries and never seen a problem like that. Hope they I'll reimburse me shortly. There was nobody to welcome us when we arrive. The room are however nice but the wifi doesn't work really well. It's really disappointing.

The rooms are beautiful and comfy. Service was horrible when check-in. We came as a couple after our wedding, before the wedding we spoke with the reception to let them know we are coming late and they said it's ok and there is a phone number we can call to find our room. When we called the number, someone answered the phone and told us to go look for a room with a key in the key hole, when we told him it was raining he didn't care and just said he doesn't remember the room number. We went looking and when we couldn't find the room we called again and he was angry with us, we asked him to come and show us where the room is, and he just said "who do you think you are?". Finally we found another number and we spoke to him after a few minutes he found the room number so we could go to sleep. Very bad service, I can't recommend this place!

Pros - beautiful location in the country, the Kibbutz itself is green and peaceful, and the beaches in this area are super close and so nice to visit. The vibe at the location is very homey and relaxed, and the service is professional, warm and welcoming. Cons - relatively new place, so naturally some improvements need to be made in various areas. All in all great experience and good value for money. Looking forward to returning.
