So I have to say, this is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at as a traveler. If I were to rate it, it would definitely be 20/10. Everything about this hotel felt perfect—no flaws at all. The hotel is just right across from the Metro station (Porte de Clichy), which was super convenient. The location also felt very safe since it’s across from Tribunal de Paris, and the surrounding stores, cafés, and restaurants were just perfect. The Room The room was perfect! It was really spacious for two people. There was a small space with a couch, a kitchen, and even a dining table that seats four. Everything we needed was there. Coming from Japan, where we’re used to a very clean and well-organized environment, we were honestly a bit worried before arriving. But this hotel completely exceeded our expectations—it felt like home. Everything was spotless, tidy, and thoughtfully arranged. It was such a relief and comfort to come back to this space after a long day of exploring. The Staff Everyone was so kind. They kept checking on us to make sure everything was okay, and it felt like every request we had was taken care of (except for a free late check-out—totally understandable though, lol). If I had to rate it, it’s a perfect score from me. And if I ever get the chance to come back to Paris, I’ll definitely stay here again.

This was an absolutely fantastic hotel stay! For the first time, I truly felt at home. The apartment-style room was incredibly spacious, making me want to extend my stay. The mattress was exceptionally comfortable, and the room featured two double beds, a large sofa, a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen. The lighting was adjustable, providing a cozy ambiance. There was ample storage space for all my belongings, with dedicated cupboards throughout the room. Strongly recommend :)

30 years of incident-free travel ended this week after my cash went missing after I checked into the Zoku Paris. I had stayed here before, and at their property in Amsterdam a few years ago, and was always impressed with the properties - and why I rebooked here. I forgot there was a safe in the room - so part of this issue is on me. I told reception about the money missing late Friday afternoon, and the kind staff person was apologetic and said he’d contact the manager to respond. About an hour later I checked in again, and was told the manager was reviewing video and would connect with me. No one followed up. I checked out this morning and still no response from the hotel. I appreciate the convenient location of the hotel, and the quality of the rooms, but I can’t stay here again if I’m left with any suspicion about theft; and the lack of response from management. May 16 - Several folks contacted me wondering if there was any resolution. I contacted the hotel, as they suggested, but there was no response. I contacted them again about a week later, and they replied, and a phone call was arranged. I was up front about my mistake re: the safe, and acknowledging I agreed to the terms of their agreement when making a reservation which talks about lost/stolen property. They admitted mishandling communication with me - in particular not contacting me between the time I reported the money missing on Friday afternoon until I checked out on Monday morning. They admitted they should have immediately offered to move me to a different room. They admitted they should have offered to assist me in making a complaint to the police. They said the hotel terminated the employment of the staff who was in my room from housekeeping. They apologized for the poor communication and their other mistakes. They offered to give me a 15 percent discount on the cost of a future stay at any Zoku hotel, along with dinner and drinks. While I've enjoyed previous stays with them I don't consider that to be much of an incentive to trust the brand again. They assured me actions have been put in place to ensure the situation doesn't happen again.

Very good hotell, with all comforts and necessities. Lovely staff who are pleasant and welcoming. We were here 3 nights and every main sightseeing was 10-30 min bus/metro ride away. Definately would reccomend this hotel. In the room you 'll find great books and games/activities to do.
