My stay at Selina Palomino Was just spectacular. Starting with Jaime the regional manager Who helped me with the accommodations and got out of his way to make sure that I got a tremendous room with a balcony and a view to the beach. The entire staff was very knowledgeable, friendly and highly accommodating of our needs. The bar was very well handled by two people, but Rous Was very spectacular. While she is one of the bartenders, she quickly took care of our drinks, but at night during dinner she did not hesitate to help waiting tables and constantly going back-and-forth from the first to the second floor. She is very good at what she does and I hope Selina hotels values the asset she is to this hotel or any others. Not only that you cover the bar, but she also covered the restaurant and waited tables. She is very efficient very smart and has plenty of alarms to go with it.. kind regards thank you so much.

Food was great. Had the best service from the sweetest waitress, Jessica, and the coolest bartender, Henry, who even prepared a special drink for me. The room was cute and the bed was super comfy. The cleaning ladies are the loveliest. Loved them! Great experience overall. Being beachfront is amazing, having the opportunity to sit at the bar and gaze at the beautiful ocean is priceless.

Catalina was so helpful and explain in detail all I need about tours activities, places to hang out and where to eat delicious local food. The bar and the reception team is just awesome love their service. Just love the fact is in front of the beach For sure a place I will stay in the future

We booked Selina because we had just finished the Lost City tour and wanted somewhere nice to relax. It was more expensive than most places in Palomino (at about $120USD a night) so we expected it to be nice. The staff were friendly which is why we have given 2 stars and not one. However, unfortunately, from the lock/doorknob to the shower, nothing worked properly. The room smelled of mould and had no air conditioning. For half the price we would not be so disappointed. Restaurant food was expensive but bad value and bad quality. “Garden” area was a dusty patch of dirt. We spent most of our time at the Dreamer Hostel just a step down the beach, which had lovely food and a beautiful pool area.

Worst hotel ever!!!@ The staff in reception and bar are talking between them and you can be waiting in front of them and they wont do anything. Its a lie the free events! I was waiting to start the meditation class and the yoga teacher never invite us...they just want us to pay for their classes. Is the worst and expensive hotel I ever been. No aircon! I was happy when I decided to left. DONT GO THERE!
