Comfortable and clean rooms for a reasonable price. The place is easy to access with a passcode so no stress about a key. The rooms are very spacious and ours had a small terrace. The bathrooms are shared which meant sometimes they were dirty from other guests but the owner cleaned multiple times a day. The shower water was hot the first night, but then cold for the rest of our stay so not sure what went wrong here. Some guests were very rude and noisy. The rooftop terrace is excellent and an incredible view. Located around many bustling streets, cafes and restaurants and easy walk to the metro (Fatima station). The owners were easy to communicate with and very kind.

This was a great place for our one week stay in Laureles. The facility was beautiful and clean, staff were exceptionally friendly and the location was a nice change from the busy Poblado area. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped with a great view the rooms were big with tons of space to put your belongings and the bed was comfortable. There was plenty of comfortable seating areas and lots to do in the neighborhood.

Everything was excellent. Great blend of social opportunity/ welcoming environment as well as privacy and amenities for work or independence. I stayed for one month in a private room with private bathroom. I felt very comfortable, the staff are friendly and they clean every day. I had everything I needed. The building is in less than 10 min walking distance of a mall and supermarket, cafés, restaurants, gyms and a sports/swimming centre across the street. Earplugs are necessary at times (in night) but it wasn't an issue for me. The rooftop kitchen and common area was a highlight. Nice view of city and hills, with space for work, yoga, shared dining and couches. There is a well stocked, clean and maintained cooking area with a system for organizing personal food. The landlord/owner is friendly and reasonable. I would stay again.

I absolutely loved this place, it is clean, spacious, and a great ambient. Rooms have plenty of space for luggage as well as desk in case you have a private meeting or just don't feel like socializing. What I liked the most was the rooftop, there is a huge kitchen and two large fridges. Each guest has a dedicated space inside the fridge which is a pretty cool detail. The view from the rooftop is amazing and there are several desks to work from. Finally, you get to meet people from all over the world, digital nomads mostly. I highly recommend this place if are traveling solo (or not) and want to meet people while having a private bedroom.
