Was freezing cold at night and only an empty duvet is provided. Asked for a blanket and they said the policy is that they rent it to you - the audacity. The staff is super friendly and nice though but they’re controlled by absurd policies from management. When raised they defended themselves with saying that they “can’t” control the temperature of the room.

Nice and modern hostel in Bonito. We had a private room with a king size bed and an own bathroom. There are also shared rooms and bathrooms as well. The hostel has a nice pool and outdoor area with a small beach volleyball field. Breakfast was included, it was okay. The service was nice though. The whole hostel is decorated with various wall art, from outside to in the rooms. There is also free parking.

I wouldn’t recommend going here, we’ve had a very bad experience! The private rooms in the pictures look quite nice, but in reality they were very dirty and needed an update. And they are expensive compared to other establishments! Airconditioning wasn’t working, even though it was extremely hot. The rooms weren’t cleaned and we had to request the staff several times to fix the airconditioning and to have to room cleaned. The worst thing is that we had our laundry done by their laundry service and not only was most of it not clean, they also lost my favourite pants! They eventually agreed they would pay the costs of my (almost brand new) pants back to me through internet banking, but I’ve never heard from them again. I’ve tried for several months to contact them, but they blatantly ignored me. Very rude and unprofessional. Location wasn’t bad, a bit outside the center but the town is quite small. Staff was also quite friendly in real life, but that doesn’t make up the situation with the pants. Overall, definitely not worth the money!

Excellent hotel / hostel in a totally modern, well-designed set of buildings. Lovely staff and great vibe. There's also an in-house tour agency there so it's easy to book excursions. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bonito!

Super well located as it’s quiet but super close to the Main Street and many restaurants. Rooms are well equipped, comfy and clean. Staff was very friendly - good vibe !
