I stayed here recently booking from April 15th to the 23rd and what I encountered not only ruined my trip and left me without a safe place to stay during my 8 day trip to Buenos Aires, but a slew of emergency room visits, severe alergic reactions in me and my child and purchasing medications and time spent cleaning and ironing like a madwoman to get rid of the pests present in this establishment. On my first day I asked to switch bedrooms as there was black mold everywhere and the smell was unbearable. I also had two children with me and was not willing to let them breathe that as one had recent respitory issues. My second room was better, until the second night after a day of intense itching (as there are mosquitos in Buenos Aires) I wake up at 4:30 am to find myself COVERED in bedbugs. I start killing them and inspecting everything they were in my 3 year olds pijamas as well. I immediately asked for a refund and said i was leaving. The refund was sent but never hit the account and I had no resources to get somewhere else because it was Holy Week and everything was booked. Leaving me completely to the mercy of kind people who helped us out. A situation no mother should be in ever. I do not wish this on anybody. We now have to file a claim to get back our money it has been over a week and will take many more to get the full refund. I developed a severe alergic reaction and so did one of my children. We had to go to the Durand hospital to get medical attention and then a pediatric hospital to get the children seen. Not to mention i wasn't able to sleep a full 8 hours one night that week from the pain and itching. My entire body is bruised and looks disgusting and will probably have scars as well as my eldest childs face who also had to recieve a Difenhidramine injection. This place is dangerous. The health risks are far too many. They need to reevaluate the way they do things because basic higene standards are non negotiable. This place totally ruined what was supposed to be a wonderful trip to such a nice area of Buenos Aires.

Terrible place to stay not worth the money. Due to some complications, we need a place to stay for a night thought we would try our luck here. $20,000 for a private room, that was terrible, beds were all stained, smelled, bugs and roaches. Shower didn't work, they changed roomed for us, and still the same issue. shower didn't work, the bedsheets and pillow were all stained. I literally grabbed a pair of shorts to cover my pillow so my face wouldn't touch the pillow as I was concerned I might catch some sort of infection of how dirty the place was. I don't know how they feel comfortable even offering these rooms, what a disgrace.

Don’t stay here in a private room! Not worth the $20,000 pesos. The private shower in the room didn’t have hot water and then they changed us to another room that wood and same problem. The worst part was that the room the changed us to had the toilet in the shower and the shower didn’t even work. Everything is really old and doesn’t work well. Your money is better spent elsewhere for a private room at that price.

Everything 1 star because you should just not stay here. Has been the same horrible place for a long time if I read the reviews so they don’t care. Private room is worse than a jail. Bed bugs everywhere, shower has a dirty towel on the floor and is next to the toilet, airco does not work. Left after 2 days because I could not be there a day longer. Also, when I arrived they said I did not make a reservation even though I got a confirmation of it with me. If other places are more expensive, still do it. This is not worth the money.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST HOSTEL I have been to in my entire life! they are greedy and do not respect their clients, they charged me 12,000 pesos for one bed in a dorm and had to audacity to charge me for keeping my bags a few hours after check out. Places like this; that prioritize profit over hospitality, will hopefully go out of business within a year. please avoid at all cost
